I have doubt in using pronouns.."Raghu and I" or "I and Raghu" which is correct?

I have doubt in using pronouns.."Raghu and I" or "I and Raghu" which is correct??

    actually it depends on sentence.It follows like this
    Raghu and i got punishment (negative sentence)
    I and Raghu met her(positive sentence)

    "Raghu and I" is correct.

    'Raghu and I' is correct because 'I or me ' should be the last while addressing a group of names......
